The FAROUDJA Digital Cinema Series FDP-DLPHD10 Home Theater Optimized Digital Projector starts with an internal Faroudja video processing stage where all sources are converted to a very high quality signal that is sent to the display engine. The display engine is a special design to improve critical black levels resulting in a contrast ratio of 1100:1. The 1280 x 720 DLP display chip provides sharp images for both video and HDTV on a 16:9 aspect ratio screen.

A new six segment color wheel, powered zoom and focus, quiet operation and sleek cabinet design complete the product. Faroudja engineering provides the final critcal step by fine-tuning the settings to optimize the projector for home theater use.
